“The front desk staff was rude, and our shower in the room only hot steeming hot water. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet front that was deteriorating the cabinet.”

“It was nice and breakfast was really well made”

“The room was clean. I stayed there for 8 days. Housekeeping only brought in towels, bathroom sink and toilet were never wiped out. The elevator floor and walls were filthy. Air-condition thermostat needed new batteries and it was never changed, my son had to ask for the batteries and put them in himself. Breakfast was not available long enough, we slept in and breakfast was not available by the time we could come down from the room. Parking was good.”

“It was a nice place however i had an allergic reaction to the blankets so we could not stay in the hotel. We were told at the front desk they would push a refund through if we got expedia to do so but expedia had no options we could find to refund or call them on the matter. So 400USD wasted. May not use expedia ever again due to this.”

“We hadn’t stayed there in a long time and stayed last night. They filled in the pool with concrete. Room curtains don’t block out the light at all at night. They are sheer and clear in places. There is no milk at breakfast. The staff said they were out. We won’t be back.”

“The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!”

“The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.”

We got to our room, opened the curtains and the only thing you could see was painters plastic covering the window. Kudos for improving the property but travelers should know this before booking.”

“Plenty of parking, convenient and easy access to I 35. Walmart close by. Staff were friendly. It’s a little outdated- but not a deal breaker. Shower still worked good and plenty of hot water. Not the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in but far from the un cleanest for sure. Beds were comfortable. My pillows were a little on the hard side. Purchased one at Walmart for the second night stay which was better. My sister and I travel up to this area about every 3-4 months to see family. We have stayed……
